Release of New USDA Technical Report Series – Running a Food Hub

In April 2015, the USDA released the first volume of a new technical report series titled Running a Food Hub. Volume one, Running a Food Hub: Lessons Learned from the Field, documents best business practices for new and expanding food hubs, and includes case studies of several existing food hub operations. The series is being developed through a USDA cooperative agreement with Virginia FAIRS and Matson Consulting.
