Collapse ▲The annual Junior Beef Round-up Photography contest was delayed until August for 2020, due to COVID-19 restrictions. The contest is typically held in June and is sponsored by the Carolina Cattle Connection to provide youth an opportunity to expand into the area of marketing which is a vital step between the producer and consumer.
In the Animal category, first place in the Junior Division went to Nate Bowman (click to see the photo). In the Intermediate Division second, went to Calleigh Wilson. In the Senior Division, first place went to Lynae Bowman and fifth place to Luke Arrowood. In the Landscape category, Junior Division, first place went to Nate Bowman. In the Senior Division, second place went to Luke Arrowood and fourth place to Lynae Bowman. Nate Bowman also took first place in the People category and Lynae Bowman took first in the senior division, while Luke Arrowood took home fourth.
