Description:

Enrollment for each session will be capped at 15 people, to provide ample opportunity for interaction with instructors. Registration is $500 per person and includes 16 hours of hands-on instruction, a course workbook and samples of the products made during the workshop (everything from pit-smoked ham to German bratwurst). Registration closes March 2.

We'll return to the beautiful grounds of ​Fearrington Village​, where ​dozens of our area's best chefs, farmers, artisan producers and beverage providers ​will create a dizzying array of delectable dishes highlighting the bounty of the season. The Picnic also features fun activities for children, live music, and surprises for the whole family!

Not only is the Farm to Fork Picnic delicious, it also benefits a great cause. All proceeds support beginning farmer programs at the Center for Environmental Farming Systems (CEFS).
