Small Food Processors: 2018 Preventive Controls for Human Food Courses

NC State Extension is offering training and assistance to small food processors on preventive controls for human foods.
The course dates/locations for the year are as follows:
- Kannapolis, NC: January 31-February 2
- Edenton, NC: April 11-13
- Winston-Salem, NC: June 20-22
- Wilmington, NC: August 22-24
- Mills River, NC: October 3-5
The course cost is $250 (early bird rate at $200), which includes a follow-up visit with each participant to walk through their facility and personally help with their food safety plan. In addition to open-enrollment courses, are available to provide on-site training, as well.
